Job Overview
Programme Administrator positions in Cape Town at UCT Graduate School of Business support Executive Education programmes. This client-facing role provides comprehensive administrative assistance across open, customised, and academic offerings while partnering with Programme Coordinators. Reporting to the Programme Operations Manager, the position ensures seamless programme delivery that serves clients, partners, and institutional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure venues and order stationery, books for programmes
- Package course materials or upload to learning platforms
- Manage student registration, orientation, and graduation
- Arrange travel for lecturers and team members
- Maintain programme records and databases
- Support programme delivery and handle queries
- Process applications, issue offer letters, and invoices
- Prepare required administrative reports
- Liaise with faculty on administrative matters
- Monitor programme expenses with coordinators
- Assist students with logistical needs
- Process registrations across Executive Education
Requirements (Education & Experience)
- Education: NQF level 4 qualification
- Experience: 3 years relevant administration/coordination
- Advantageous: Relevant admin/office management qualification
